13 students had the opportunity to tour 3 prestigious HBCUs in Texas. Huston-Tillotson University, Prairie View A&M University and Texas Southern University showed southern hospitality to our students and made them feel like they were important. They had the opportunity to meet the Presidents of the universities and learn about the HBCU culture. The students left the tour with expectations of what steps are taken to exceed in higher education.
